We specialize in Interim Management, but not as you know it. We are 100% Belgian and family-owned. Our corporate identity is defined by our personal approach. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Officer, also known within the company as Loyalty Manager.
YOUR JOB
- You actively build a network of freelance professionals through various channels and maintain warm contacts—by phone, face-to-face, and during events. This keeps your talent pool engaged and up to date.
- In addition to sourcing freelancers, you take care of the entire recruitment process: from the initial introduction to the start of a project.
- For new client requests, you will analyze the needs and ensure a targeted match between the project and the freelancer. In time, you will also take the lead in prospecting for new clients to offer exciting assignments.
- You will keep our CRM system up to date, manage the administration around your projects, and provide input for social media in collaboration with our Social Media Officer.
YOUR SKILLS
- You have a degree and/or a few years of relevant experience.
- You are actively building a network of freelance marketers.
- Your commercial drive, results-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills are your key assets.
- A positive mindset and strong team spirit.
- You are flexible, patient, and have excellent organizational skills.
- You are able to set the right priorities and switch gears quickly when important requests come in. You do this in collaboration with your team and manager.
