YOUR JOB
- You manage and/or expand your client portfolio—your approach and entrepreneurial spirit make the difference.
- You are not afraid to make calls and you get energy from establishing initial contacts. Cold calling? You see it as a great opportunity to open new doors.
- You are the central link between the client and the consultant. You listen to the client’s needs and the consultant’s ambitions and thus ensure a sustainable, high-quality match.
- The focus in this job is on sales, but you are also responsible for following up on your own consultants on projects.
- You take ownership, but you are never alone – your strength comes into its own in a team that reinforces each other.
YOUR SKILLS
- You have several years of relevant experience in a commercial or HR-related position.
- You are willing to travel regularly throughout Flanders, where most of your customers are located.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is a plus.
- You are characterized by commercial flair, a results-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
- You work with a positive mindset, enjoy teamwork, and take initiative.
- You are good at planning, setting the right priorities, and staying calm under pressure.
