YOUR JOB

  • You manage and/or expand your client portfolio—your approach and entrepreneurial spirit make the difference.
  • You are not afraid to make calls and you get energy from establishing initial contacts. Cold calling? You see it as a great opportunity to open new doors.
  • You are the central link between the client and the consultant. You listen to the client’s needs and the consultant’s ambitions and thus ensure a sustainable, high-quality match.
  • The focus in this job is on sales, but you are also responsible for following up on your own consultants on projects.
  • You take ownership, but you are never alone – your strength comes into its own in a team that reinforces each other.

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have several years of relevant experience in a commercial or HR-related position.
  • You are willing to travel regularly throughout Flanders, where most of your customers are located.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is a plus.
  • You are characterized by commercial flair, a results-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
  • You work with a positive mindset, enjoy teamwork, and take initiative.
  • You are good at planning, setting the right priorities, and staying calm under pressure.

As soon as we receive your CV – via LinkedIn, at a job fair or via our site – we’ll get started with your application. We’ll give you a call and get to know each other during a brief but to-the-point conversation of about a half an hour. Are we on the same wavelength? Then we can arrange a date and time for you to come in to meet us face-to-face.

Come meet us

During our first meeting, you’ll get to know a little more about our way of working. And we’d like to hear what you have to say, too. Not to talk about the weather, we’ve probably already done that to break the ice. But rather to hear about your competencies, language skills, motivation, salary and availability. You can go over your technical skills with the loyalty manager. And then you’ll have the chance to let everything sink in a little.

Contract negotiation

Are we all in agreement that we’ve found a match? Then we’ll call you with the good news. Any further questions? This is the time to ask them. Because shortly, we’ll be expecting you to come in to discuss your contract. And before you know it, you’ll be assigned to one of our clients for your first challenge. Good luck!
