Yesterday, United Consulting was named winner in the Supergazelle category at the Trends Gazellen Gala. This means that, over a period of 25 years, we have grown into one of the absolute top fastest-growing companies in Belgium. An achievement based entirely on hard numbers: growth in added value, growth in people, and growth in cash flow. No jury, no application, no story you need to sell. Just growth that stands the test of time.

As Founder & CEO, this is a moment to reflect on. A quarter century of building, making choices, staying true to an independent course, and continuously finding the right people who make the difference. It is what still makes us the distinctly Belgian family business we already were when we were still many times smaller, back under the banners of JooS, PZ, Supply Change, and Waterfront.

This is a tremendous honour. A special thank you to everyone who has helped build the United story.
